Change of mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before ordering.
Copper is a traded commodity and its market price moves daily. Because of this, all orders are final once placed, and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges where you have simply changed your mind, found a better price, or where the metal price has moved since your purchase.
Faulty or incorrect orders
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not match its description, contact us at info@andonovagency.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will repair, replace, or refund in line with our obligations under the Act.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. Email info@andonovagency.co.nz as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
